Several possibilitie: An exam is the next step. A small cyst is more likely than a lymph node. Could be a labial cyst or something called a Bartholin's cyst. An exam is the way to figure this out.

Probably not: If you've had it for a year now, its not an inflammed anything, especially if its not red or tender. It's most likely an inclusion cyst, but your doctor would have to look at it to make a definite diagtnosis.
