Basics: Some basic remedies include keeping it cold, using a straw, or mixing / chasing it with something you like. Otherwise you may need a different bowel prep or a dose of an anti-emetic like Phenergan (promethazine) or Reglan before you start.

Take a break : The prep is not getting through your system quick enough, take a break for an hour or so let the nausea resolve, the start again, if your feel nauseas again stop for a bit.
