A few days: Usually if it is not resisitent, but i never use oral Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) in my pts as that can cause a lot of bowel problems , vaginal Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) gel or vag Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) vag supp are much safer and usually just as effective, if it doesn't go away u need a culture by a good lab as there are 6 diff bact that can cause BV and there are a lot of other ones that can cause vaginal discharges, including some of the stdones.
