Maybe : If it isn't too bad you can buy a good cleanser and toner like neutrogena acne and moisturizer but don't forget the sunscreen . Just be sure you are using non-comedogenic make up that is oil free. Benzoyl peroxide is over the counter in several strengths. You can apply it for a couple of hours, wash it off then when tolerated try 4 hrs, then leave it on over night before washing it off.
