It depends: The size, grade, location and treatment are all factors to be considered.... Age....These factors also determine the treatment approach. The exact reading of pathology report is vital. Consult with your cancer doctor.

The key to your: Question depends on evidence of distant metastasis, whether the resection had clear margins, and the size and grade. If unresectable, outlook not good. Reasonable cures wih limb salvage surgery + radiotherapy. Chemotherapy has a meta-analysis supporting. Not sure i would take it.
