Angry vibrations: People experience and describe anger in all kinds of different ways. Some get so intensely keyed up that their bodies seem to vibrate --many nerves & muscles on alert, ready to go. It can come from extreme attempts to restrain yourself also. Different substances you might be using at the time can have an effect as well. If you're having trouble with anger episodes, a good therapist can help.
