Maybe, maybe not: A woman of childbearing age who has some nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feels less energetic), a sharper/stronger sense of smell, mild soreness/swelling of her breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings . . . Could be pregnant. Symptoms can occur before missing a period. Just having right lower side pain could be due to a variety of different reasons.

Simple issue / test: If your symptoms are pregnancy related they would be triggered by chemicals created by the mass of fetal cells. These chemicals are what turns a urine pregnancy test positive. Do a test on an early morning urine. If negative, it is most likely something else.
