Need good diagnosis: This could be some infection, the wipes can be making it more irritated. It would be best to see a doctor about your redness, swelling and itching so they you can get the right diagnosis, and the right treatment. You would not want to have an infection and then not treat it correctly.

Labial irritation: First of all stop washing the area. Put . Ice pack on it until the swelling goes down. The itching and burning can be due to condom use, an infection, tampons etc.
