How long after a partial thyroidectomy before you feel "normal" again?

4 to 6 weeks: Give yourself 4 to 6 weeks. If you still feel bad, get a calcium level.

Varies: I would say most peopel feel fairly normal after 2-3 weeks. That is mostly because general anesthesia and surgery can really make you lose your stamina and it takes that long to regain. If you become hypothyroid, it will obviously take longer--at least ujtil the hormone levels are corrected with supplementation.
