It may: A lot of people will see a chiropractor for back pain & obtain relief. Most back pain is self limiting or gets better on its own. A chiropractor can offer symptom relief with hands on treatment including modalities like heat & muscle stimulation as well as massage which will relieve muscle symptoms which are a common presentation of most back problems. If pain persists or worsens see physician.

Possible: Depends on the cause of the pain, and the skill of the chiropractor. In the elderly, please choose an experienced Dr, due to possible additional risks ..

Best Non-Invasive: Chiropractic is probably best known for dealing with lumbar pain. Of course, it depends upon the condition that is causing the pain. Research has shown chiropractic to be the better than physical therapy and medications for treating low back pain.
