Not uncommon: Having irregular periods (or no periods) for up to 6 months after delivery is not uncommon. After you rule out pregnancy and if you have no symptoms you can watch and wait. If 6 months pass without a period, it's time to visit your doctor who may treat you with female hormones.

It is serious if I menstruate twice a month. As a teen it was twice a month then i was put on triphasil had 1st child at 19 C section then 2nd child at 23 had the marina fitted and 3rd son at 30 via c section and had tubal ligation.
