To quote Nike..: "just do it" :-) hard to determine the quality and quantity of sperm in ejaculate with the naked eye. If after several attempts, you find that you cannot conceive, then it's time for both of you to get properly evaluated by fertility specialists. Good luck!

THICKNESS OF SPERM: Has not much to do with the quality of the sperm, from the standpoint of fertility. As we age, male sperm actually gets runnier and less thick. If in doubt, a sperm motility/quality and quantity study can be done for him.
