Yes: While not extensively studied in pregnancy using the lowest concentrations topically for "spot" treatments of acne shoud be fine. Due to hormonal changes in your body during pregnancy, your skin may be more sensitive; therefore, suspend use of thesevproducts if you notice any redness or irritation.

General rule: The over the counter creams, washes or lotions that are used on your body surface are not absorbed in an amount that would interfere with pregnancy or breast feeding. For prescription lotions or creams you should check with the pharmacist or your doc.
