Yes it is not safe.: Tanning beds have the risk of causing skin cancer ( melanoma), there are some studies showing this risk, even though the tanning saloon do not admit.

No: It's dangerous for anyone to lay in a tanning bed because of the risk for skin cancer. The ultraviolet radiation won't hurt your hepatitis c.
