I hit my head fairly hard 4 weeks ago getting into a golf cart. i have a hard bump in that area. it is not painful and does not move. concerned.?

Possible Hematoma: Better be checked.After 4 weeks it should have gotten smaller.I think it's a good idea to be seen by a doctor and or get a ct scan.

No: Often this is a hematoma on the site of injury and it will take time for absorption. Occasionally the blood may get organized or calcified and doesn't get absorbed. If it bother you a surgeon should take a look at it for possible aspiration or possible excision.
