Insomnia/headaches: Can mean several things, from tension headache to medical such as medications/hormones/alcohol/thyroid. Etc. To neurological such as migraines. Consult your primary care physician for workup.

Sleep disturbance: Headaches can occur from low oxygen at night or sleep apnea. Get checked for these disorders and possibly see a sleep specialist. Don't drink alcohol before bed and make sure your BP is normal.
