Give it time: There isn't much you can do to speed up healing. You are 18 and so should heal relatively fast. Just keep area dry and clean and once healed, you may use some vitamine to hopefully minimize scarring. Also, use of sunscreen is important because that area is more susceptible to sun damage. Becareful. Good luck.
