Read Temple Grandin: You may need special reports from your doctor, but most universities allow special testing situations for students with specific problems. Temple grandin has written wonderful books describing how she was able to succeed, and she offers good advise.

Preparation: Being prepared and having your responses ready would eliminate much of the anxiety. Ihave had clients prepare as if they were acting and they were giving a performance including emotions and eye contact which helped.
