What causes itching of the hands and feet? is it something serious and what can be taken to stop the itching?

Itchy foot: Sounds a lot like athlete's foot, but itchy hands and feet could be nutritional. Are there certain foods you have been avoiding? Are you taking any new vitamins? Even more likely would be if you have started a new medication.

Fungus, etc: Itching of the hands and feet is most commonly due to a fungus of the hands and feet. Typically a prescription of a topical antifungal should not this out. See your doctor for treatment.

Could be : Fungus, could be eczema among some possibilities. I would recommend a dermatology consultaion.
