How can i treat arthritis permanently?

Manage: Generally you can manage arthritis rather than "cure" it. If it is isolated to a joint & severe enough, a joint replacement could cure it if that joint is replacable. Some joints can also be fused. If it is a generalized problem you first need to identify what the arthritis is: rheumatoid, osteoarthritis etc. If osteoarthritis, weight control, smoking cessation &exercise are important

Yes: There is no cure for arthritis but if you have it in the knees and hips and have severe pain, you may be a candidate for a joint replacement and that often limits the pain tremendously.
