What should i do to treat arthritis in my back?

Depends: Depends on how it is affecting you. In general, staying physically active (aerobic exercise at least 30 min 3 times a week), strengthen the core muscles (low back and tummy muscles). Stretching, heat, cold, over the counter pain relievers can also help. When they do not, see your primary provider. Seeing a spinal specialist may be helpful.
