See below: See dentist/oral surgeon again. May have developed "dry socket" if blood clot covering extraction site dislodged. Try NSAID like advil/motrin/aleve for pain & inflammation until seen by doc.

Possible infection?: You may have an infection from the removal of your wisdom tooth. An earache that has lasted almost 2 weeks is not normal especially after a dental procedure. My suggestion would be to see your dentist again for antibiotics or an evaluation. You can take tylenol, (acetaminophen) ibuprofen, or Naproxen for the pain.

Not normal: No this is not normal. Please call the doctor who extracted your tooth asap. If you have an infection, they will be able to provide an antibiotic which will help. Aleve, (naproxen) advil, Motrin or for more holistic patients arnica can help reduce swelling & pain in the meantime.

See your doctor: Sometimes you can have swelling wear the ear canal drains into the back of the throat. This can cause the ear fluid to back up causing ear pain. Another possibility is that the main nerve that gives sensation to your lower teeth starts from the back of the ear. So pain in the lower wisdom tooth socket can radiate to the ear.

Ear ache: Not normal. 2 possibilities: 1) Possible infection or jaw joint dysfunction. See your Surgeon for re-evaluation and appropriate Rx. 2) an ear infection coincident, but not related, to your surgery. In that case the Surgeon will refer you on to appropriate Physician. So call your Surgeon to get the re-evaluation process started.
