Get evaulated.: Penile and testicular pain can result from a myriad of causes. External causes, such as skin infections or burns are a possibility. Internally, infections of the testes, epididymis, or urinary tract can cause pain. Collections of the fluid or semen in the scrotum can cause discomfort, as can proliferation of blood vessels or tumors. See you primary care physician for a history and physical exam.
