Heel pain: It could be plantar fasciitis which is usually treated with stretching exercises of your calf muscle and orthotics. You can go online an find some exercises to do. The orthotics you can get at your local sporting good store that has a good selection of running sneakers . If the pain doesn't decrease after several weeks i would go see your local podiatrist for further evaluation.
