No, get to a doctor!: The first question an emergency physician would ask him/herself is "does jackie22 have an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy?" and the first test they would perform is a pregnancy test. Ectopic refers to a pregnancy that is outside of the uterus and is a true emergency. If you are not pregnant then we can sift through the other possibilities for your pain: infection, ovarian cyst, normal pregnancy, etc.
