May be normal: As our bellies and breasts stretch, sometimes the skin becomes red and itchy. Dry skin will make it worse as it becomes much more sensitive. Estrogen can also cause skin irritation and itching. Try moisturizing and avoid binding clothing or snaps that contain zinc, as you may be sensitive to these things.
