If it has truly been: A year then you and your partner meet the criteria for having fertility problems. On average 25% of the time the problem is due to the male partner, 25% of the time the problem is due to the female partner, 25% of the time the problem is due to a combination of male and female issues unique to the couple, and 25% of the time it is just unknown.
