No: No trigger finger does not spread from a finger but it can affect more fingers if you continue highly repetitive/ gripping finger activities.

Possibly: Triggering can occur in every digit and I have had patients that developed triggers in every finger and both thumbs. That is rare-some just get it in only one finger. You will just have to wait and see.
