What should i do if i am unable to completely remove all head lice nits with nit comb?

Don't worry.....: The majority of nits--especially if more than 1/8 inch from the scalp will not contain viable/live lice, but empty egg casings. You can try soaking the child's' scalp in a towel soaked with vinegar. This will help loosen the attachment of the nit to the hair shaft and can make removal easier.
