Stroke: Hemorrhagic stroke it results from a weakened vessel that ruptures and bleeds into the surrounding brain. The blood accumulates and compresses the surrounding brain tissue. The two types of hemorrhagic strokes are intracerebral and subarachnoid hemorrhage.Ischemic occurs when an artery to the brain is blocked.  the brain depends on its arteries to bring fresh blood. Blood: Ischemic stroke happens when blood supply to the brain gets cut off. Hemorrhagic stroke happens when a blood vessel ruptures and bleed spills into the brain matter. Both cause damage to the brain tissue.
