2 weeks: Not all chemotherapy drugs cause hair loss. If it does you will usually see hair loss within 2 weeks and sometimes sooner.

2 to 3 cycles: In most cases if losing hair is a side effect of the chemo one is taking it will take a few cycles. Remember not all chemo therapy drugs cause hair loss.
