Therapy: Beyond basic sleep hygiene practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (which a good psychotherapist can provide) can help a lot with this. Therapy can address any specific rituals or thought obsessions that come up at night, or which interfere with sleep. Also there are medications that can help both the OCD and sleep. A psychiatrist can evaluate need and prescribe effectively.
