Maybe: Lupron (leuprolide) will not help you to conceive, so if that is the top priority, then Lupron (leuprolide) is not recommended unless it is used as part of an ivf cycle. For women with endometriosis who have infertility it is best to proceed with pregnancy asap. See a reproductive endocrinologist for help and advice. If pain control is your top priority, Lupron (leuprolide) may be very helpful. The downside is the risk of bone loss.

No: Lupron (leuprolide) is a great drug for treating the pain of endometriosis and stopping its progression. It does not help fertility and may lengthen the time to conceive. At 39, you do not want to lose 6 months.
