A member asked:

How will breasts and vaginas change after childbirth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Myriad of ways: Some breasts get bigger with childbirth and nursing and stay larger, and some become smaller than original. Some breasts remain the same. Some vaginas are unaffected by childbirth. In others, tears, and the subsequent repairs of those tears causes scarring. Sometimes this narrows the vagina, making the opening smaller. And of course, some women have stretching of the vaginal tissue.
