A member asked:

What could cause a two year old to bleed from the vagina?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vaginal bleed: Relax -- this is unlikely to be precocious puberty without other signs ie breast development and pubic hair. As an isolated event, it's more likely to represent an ovarian cyst which released estrogen and caused the lining of the uterus to build and then shed.
