Rarely: Breast augmentation is considered cosmetic, elective surgery, and insurance covers reconstructive surgery or treatments for illness, etc. If you had a congenital breast abnormality (such as poland's syndrome), you may be able to get coverage for implants in this case. But otherwise, augmentation is considered elective (self-pay). See one or more abps-certified plastic surgeons for advice!
