What do you think is the nature of bullies and bullying? do they bully when adults?

Being bullied: Bullies create more bullies. Often a bully was bullied by a parent. With too much physical punishment by an adult, a person learns- "i can hurt you because i'm bigger than you." a person can see a therapist to work on these issues. Bottom line, hitting hurts and no one should hurt anyone else. Best wishes.

Power: Power is at the root of most bullying situations - it is a way to take control of a situation. Children who frequently bully others and find that it gets them what they want are more likely to bully others as an adult, because they view it as a form of problem-solving.

Inferiority: Believe it or not, bullies tend to have inferiority complexes, often from having been bullied themselves. and yes, it can continue into adult life. Tell someone you know and trust about the bullying. Keeping it inside does no good.
