No: Not from the mouth cancer itself. If the cancer is advanced enough to require chemotherapy, then as a result of some of the chemotherapy drugs, fertility might be impaired.

Yes: If the cancer spreads it can become a problem in other organs and prevent them from normal function....Do you have cancer and are you being treated? You should speak to your physican.
