Hmmm . . . . : Sometimes people have trouble saying things they do not yet feel, such as "i love you." fears of commitment may make them hesitant to express such things also. One might observe behavior: does he pay attention to you, show affection (not sexual activity alone), and do what he says he's going to do? Is he faithful to you? The song says "you can't hurry love. " do take care of you, while waiting.

Observe his behavior: People can say they love you in words or in actions. Does he do things that let you know he loves you? I would observe his behavior to see if he's showing it with actions rather than words. If he's not showing it or saying it, could it be that he doesn't love you, even if you love him.
