Come again?: Have you been reading some 100-year-old issues of Popular Science or medical books, or Nazi propaganda from the 1930s or something? The medical meaning of "cretin" has been narrowed to a very specific condition which has been all but eliminated, and the other 2 words were dropped from medical terminology generations ago.
