I wonder if i can claim va disability benefit if i have a possitive tuberculosis skin test after company trip to asia?

See below: I doubt a positive test alone would qualify you for any type of disability benefit but you would need to check your policy. If you are ill with tb, you should see a doctor and begin treatment. Your doctor could determine if there are any physical problems that would cause a disability.

Questionable: Va disability benefits are given for conditions which are acquired during or in direct association with military service. If your company is private it is not likely that the va will assume responsibility. Workman's compensation is there but do you want to give up your job for this? Suggest you get treated with inh and go on with life.
