Vomiting=bad sign: When the body overheats, the brain overheats which can cause neurological symptoms (confusion, headache, vomiting, coma) or death. If you suspect someone having sunstroke --you must cool the person down asap! the sports trainers usually have ready-to go portable icebaths on the field during these '2 a day football practices' @ the nfl & college level. Prevention is the best treatment: hydrate!
