Parsley: Parsley is the best. Chew up some parsley after you've eaten something bad-breath inducing and your breath will improve. If, however, the bad breath is persistent and long term, you need to look into the cause. Bad breath can come from the mouth, the stomach, or the lungs; and if it is chronic it can be a sign of something else going on.
