Depends: It really depends on how bad the rash is and what's causing the rash. I would recommend allowing as much air as physically possible to the area unless you have a dare devil toddler on your hands. Keep the area clean and dry. Change diapers often. If you can tolerate cloth diapers--bumgenius 4.0 or the fuzzibunz are excellent alternatives, green, and good for babies bum!

Possibly: He can continue but sometimes when a child's diaper rash is not resolving, i'll recommend that parents try paper diapers.
