Yes with care: Always check with your doc, but there are no contra-indications to use a laxative to help ease bm's when you have colon ca. Some will work better than others perhaps, and don't rely on them without telling your doc, as this may change how you get treated, but softeners are always ok, and most laxatives are prob ok.
