Moisturize!: There aren't great treatments for this condition. At home, the best treatment is to use moisturizing lotion regularly. The greasier the lotion, the better!

Moisturize: Cream goes a long way to fixing this. Using a keratolytic like amlactin cream often helps to unroof the bumps.
