Think pelvic : In females these type of symptoms can be associated with pelvic inflammation. Most serious would be pyelonephritis (infection of kidneys) or ovarian cancer. Bladder infections or endometriosis may cause similar symptoms. Constipation may contribute. Disorders of the spine may be a consideration, but usually cause more pain down the legs.
