Do it the easy way: Mixing baby powder with sunscreen adds a physical blocker to the lotion. A physical blocker is a tiny particle that blocks the uv rays by standing in between the sunlight and the skin (like a drop of paint on the skin). Don't know if baby powder would clog pores, but don't mess with the powder. Just buy the sunscreen with titanium dioxide (or zinc). Both are physical blockers to lessen tanning.
