Infected?: Sometimes these are just a clogged pore, but if it is enlarging, red, or painful, it may be infected. Try warm compresses to the area to see if it will open. If it continues, see a doctor as you may need antibiotics. Do not squeeze it, as this can rupture it under the skin. Best of health to you!
