Normal.: Even if your estimation of your gestational age is accurate, it is normal especially for first-time mothers to not feel any quickening until after 20 weeks. This also depends on your weight - more overweight women have delayed first fetal movement perception. In any case, a quick ultrasound or doptones can confirm fetal viability for you.

Not at all unusual: Many women do not feel fetal movement until well after 20 weeks of pregnancy. You can always ask your physician to check for heart tones or do an ultrasound to put your cocern at ease.
